  • Accommodation is based on twin-sharing; single occupancy is available at extra cost.
  • Meals included are generally breakfast and dinner; lunch is included only if mentioned.
  • Transport will be private and suitable for mountainous terrain and hilly roads.
  • Darshan timings and sightseeing will follow the itinerary, but are subject to local temple schedules.
  • Travel insurance is not included, but highly recommended for high-altitude travel.
  • Hotels, transport, or route may be changed due to operational or safety reasons.
  • Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before departure: 75% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours / No show: 100% of total package cost.
